Leaders in Tire Pressure Monitoring honored as one of the Nation’s fastest growing companies.
Harrisonville, MO: August 17, 2009: Advantage PressureProTM, a worldwide leader in Tire Pressure Monitoring
Systems and TPMS Technologies, has been named to the 2009 Inc. 5000 list. The list, compiled by INC.
magazine, was released last week. Only the third of its kind to be published, the Inc. 5000 listing was launched
in 2007 as an expansion of the Inc. 500 Listing, aimed at providing a better picture of the overall economy.
Inc. 5000 honorees for 2009 were ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 to 2009. To
qualify, honorees must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2005. Further, honorees
have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit and independent. Finally, honorees have to have earned at
least $200,000 in revenue in 2005, and reached at least $2 million in revenue by 2008. Advantage PressurePro,
fitting all criteria, was selected by Inc. editors to submit information, and was found to rank as the Nation’s
2651 fastest growing company.
PressurePro, who remains the only TPMS provider that designs, develops and manufactures product in the USA,
is no stranger to recognition. PressurePro has recently selected for regional honors in Ingram Magazine’s
Corporate 100 Report for being one of the Kansas City’s fastest growing businesses, and chosen for national
honors such as their selection to present at the U.S. Senate’s Green Jobs Summit. PressurePro continues to
push the envelope on TPMS development and awareness, with the objective to help drivers lower fuel and tire
use, and reduce carbon emissions.
