Wickedmag.com is giving live coverage to one of the most exciting off road events to hit Globe, that’s right WE ROCK!!!!!!!!! Check it out!
The live coverage of We Rock Globe is made possible in part by Kris Fewell of NAPA AUTO PARTS. STOP by and get those parts you need to keep your rig running! They are the most complete source of parts available in Globe AZ. NAPA is located close to the crawl site 1100 N. Broad Street, Phone # (928) 425-5714 (click here for map) Hours of operation Monday-Friday 7:00 am-6:00pm Saturday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
The Crew pulled into Globe AZ around 2:00 PM the first stop was to see our friends at NAPA auto parts. They informed us that although they are closed on Sunday, they will be open so the competitors of We Rock will have parts available. Our second stop Tech, there we met the Klines and caught up on news and event locations. Pulling into the old Globe drive in was a beautiful site, packed full of trailers and hualers from around the West Coast waiting for their chance capture a win on the rocks.
We headed back to tech and grabed a bite to eat at the local Bar. The food was good and the conversation, Lil Rich, Jen from crawl, and Mike from Pirate4x4 kept the night interesting. We still have not seen TeamBreakall who called to let us know they were stuck in traffic in LA. Good luck and good night 11:00pm Friday

Once again W.E. Rock came through with a GREAT show! On course A1 Kurt from teambreakall gave us a show by rolling his buggy. Although Kurt wasn’t able to finish the run it didn’t get him down. Kurt got onto his buggy and threw shirts out to the crowd! Way to Go!
Also on A1 Scott Elinger did a great job. So close to finishing but timed out about 3 feet from the finish gates.
Nicole Johnson did awesome on B3 until she flipped completely over. She was able to get the rig onto its side in hopes to finish, but unfortunately wasn’t able to do so.
Shannon Cambpell on A1 breezed right through the course like nothing. Always making it look like a piece of cake with a score of -13.
As of noon the scores were as follows:
Stock
1. Troy Bailey -14
2. 2. Brett Porter -12
3. 3. Dan Patterson and John James -2
Unlimited
1. Cody Waggoner -11
2. Jason Paulie -5
Pro
1. Dean Bullock -1
2. Glen Bonner 2
3. Marc Thurston 37
3-31-07 3:42 PM
Terry Dagen of DesertFab Motorsports just had a very clean run on B2 with a -1. This put him into 4th place for the day!!
Brian Ellinger in his Diamond Axle Pro Mod rig, had a nasty roll over on B3, rolling 2 times all the way down the hill and ending out of bounds.
It seemed to me that everywhere I turned I was seeing Buzz Bronsema!!
This was because Buzz is competing in 2 different classes this weekend, Modified Stock and Pro Modifieds!! As far as I know this is the first time it has been done.

April 1st, 2007 Day two at W.E. Rock Globe, AZ 12:00 p.m.
Team Breakall sponsored by (Enoeos) was determined to get up the rocks on course B1. Kurt was heavy on the skinny pedal as usual. Hitting the rev limiter and spitting rocks across the course Kurt broke a hub on the right front preventing them from completing the course.
Todd from Desert Fab having a rough start hit 3 cones and had 10 backups, which sadly pointed him out of the course. But you know Todd he’ll do his BEST and make up for that later in the day!
Team “Redbull” Becca and Dustin Websbter took course A1 slow and steady clearing the first couple sets of cones. On the steeper side of A1 things were a little more challenging. Having only 3 sec. left Becca did an excellent job making it to the finishing line.
Shannon Campbell heard TeamBreakall needed axle parts and let them take parts off his other buggy to finish the day. What a guy!!
3:00p.m. Globe AZ
Pete #678 breezed through with no problems. Completing course B1 with 40 sec. to spare.
BZ and George from Mad Rock Racing showed us what teamwork is all about. George stacked the rocks while BZ waited and took directions. BZ had only seconds to spare as he crossed the gates with a score of 40.
Jason Paulie makes rock crawling look like a breeze. Missing the cones, which other competitors could not. Jason finished B1 with the lowest score this weekend 9.
FYI Bruce Zeller at B2 les’t us all know “He’s just cooko for Cocoa Puffs.”
Way to go Bruce.
5:00 p.m. This one of the best rock crawls the team has covered in the last three years!!!
Thank you Big and Lil and all who give of your time talents and money to make this series possible. Thank you Napa !! For your support and opening the doors after hours to keep the rigs in the comp!
Globe you Rock! Wickedmag.com will be back for a trail run with the town.
